Yesterday was National Ice Cream Day. We of course had to celebrate by making some homemade ice cream.
We’ve been trying different ice cream recipes this summer and we’ve perfected the recipe for homemade Strawberry Ice Cream (at least in our opinion). I’m sharing it below in case you want to give it a try.
The wonderful thing about this recipe is that it’s really a basic and delicious recipe for vanilla ice cream. You could honestly add in any other fruit or candy besides strawberry if you wanted to.
Here it is… the most simple and yummy homemade Strawberry Ice Cream recipe! We enjoyed it last night and have plenty for the rest of the week too, hoping it counts as a serving of fruit! 😉
